Finance Controller - Bangalore, India

Job Description:

• Preparing & finalizing Budgets, Business plans, projections.
• Finalizing monthly accounts, reporting to management on various reports based on the monthly account.
• Daily Monitoring of transaction in the books of account.
• Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable's.
• Compliance/Indirect Taxation.
• Contracts & Negotiations – Agreements drafting & verification and negotiations.
• Tresurary management, preparing cash flow, arranging for short term loans.
• Liasoning with auditors on Interim audits, statutory audits, internal audits etc.
• Receivable Manager.
• Monthly MIS Reporting to Management.
• Expenses monitoring and control, capitalization of assets, financial analysis, Management Reporting and Financial Projections on periodic basis.

Desired Profile:

• Heading the Finance, Accounts and Statutory vertical.
• Handling a team of financial professionals involved in various financial, strategic and consultancy activities, Payables and Receivables Management, Capitalisation and Expenses monitoring.

Experience:

• 7-12 years.

Education: CA - Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and MBA would be an added advantage.
