Level 1 Technical Operations Support in password management and release management.
Batch job monitoring, Pro-active issue identification and resolution.
Monitoring Incident / requests.
Perform report generation and report delivery to the respective stake holders.
Meet agreed customer timing and results.
Must interact with customers in multiple time zones: Europe and North America.
Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
Understand Security Controls and adhere to them.
Create process documents and make sure that follows the process.
Implement ITSM processes.
No. of Yrs of Experience: Fresher - B.SC / BCA only.
